Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» строк дії Договору 33/18 від «19»квітня2018р може бути продовжено на строк , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі., укладеному в попередньому році. Таким чином сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 21709,20грн.( двадцять одна тисяча сімсот дев’ять грн..20 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ
