Note:
1.Сторони погодили внести наступні зміни до Договору №31-10/2019 від 11.11.2019 про надання послуг щодо модернізації програмного комплексу по виведенню неплатоспроможних банків з ринку (далі - Договір):
1.1. Пункт 10.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції:
«10.1 Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 21.04.2020 року включно, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання його умов Сторонами».
1.2. В Додатку 2 (Календарний план Надання послуг по модернізації програмного комплексу по виведенню неплатоспроможних банків з ринку) до Договору, в графі 3, в стовпчику «Граничний термін надання послуг» замість дати «27.03.2020» зазначити дату «21.04.2020».
