Керуючись п.5 ст.36 Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю №1 від 06.08.2018 року (далі-Договір) на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищую 20% суми визначеної в Договорі у зв'язку з цим внести зміни до п.10.1 Розділу Х та викласти йогор в наступній редакції:
" Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання його Сорнами і діє до 29.03.2019 року"

Note:
1. Згідно п.10.1 та п10.2. Х Строк дії договору. Додаткову угоду №1 від 28.12.2018 року, до Договору «Про закупівлю» №1 від 06.08.2018 року, в котрій передбачено, що строк дії договору до 29.03.2019 року - відмінено. Відповідно до п.10.1 та п10.2. Х Строк дії договору. Новий строк закінчення договору 22.04.2019року.
2. Згідно п.6.2.5 . VI Права та обов’язки сторін. Додаткову угоду №2 від 11.02.2019 року, до Договору «Про закупівлю» №1 від 06.08.2018 року в котрій передбачено збільшення бюджетних зобов’язань на суму 148 660,45(Сто сорок вісім тисяч шістсот шістдесят гривень , 45коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ – відмінно. Та сторони дійшли згоди повернутись до початкової редакції Договору «Про закупівлю» №1 від 06.08.2018 року. Сума договору за яким складає: 743 302,25 (сімсот сорок три тисячі триста дві гривні 25 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ складає 48627,25 грн. (сорок вісім тисяч шістсот двадцять сім грн. 25 коп.).
3. Враховуючи вище сказане усі додаткові угоди до Договору «Про закупівлю» №1 від 06.08.2018 року, а саме Додаткова угода №1 від 28.12.2018, та Додаткова угода №2 від 11.02.2019 року. втрачають свою юридичну силу. В подальшому Сторони діють в рамках Договору «Про закупівлю» №1 від 06.08.2018 року, та Додаткової угоди №3 від 22.04.2019 року.
