У звязку з відсутністю у ст. 41 ЗУ "Публічні закупівлі" підстави для внесення змін до договору "форс мажорні обставини" та з метою виконання ст. 10 вищезазнченого закону щодо орилюднення змін до дговору, Замовником обрано вищезазначену підставу для внесення змін. У зв’язку з військовою агресією РФ проти України, введенням на території України воєнного стану згідно Указу Президента Україні від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» та настанням форс-мажорних обставин, які унеможливлюють виконання Сторонами своїх обов’язків, Сторони домовилися, починаючи з 01.04.2022 до закінчення строку зазначених форс-мажорних обставин відкласти виконання своїх обов'язків за Договором.
