Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 3.9. Договору та викласти в новій редакції: п. 3.9 Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним договором та становить 47 737.55 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ
Сторони вирішили дію договору продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
Строк дії договору до 31.03.2021 року
