Пункт 3.6 розділу III. “ Ціна постачання природного газу ” викласти в наступній редакції: Загальна сума Договору складається з місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором та на момент укладання договору складає _____440258,00_____грн._(Чотириста сорок тисяч двісті п’ятдесят вісім гривень, 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ. 2. Пункт 11.2 розділу ХI “Строк дії Договору та інші умови“ доповнити словами: Умови Договору не можуть змінюватись, крім випадків передбачених п.4 ст.36 Закону України № 922-VIІІ “Про публічні закупівлі“. Відповідно до п.5 ст.36 Закону України № 922-VIІІ “Про публічні закупівлі“дія Договору може бути продовжена на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в договорі.
