1. Згідно пп. 1 п. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» за № 922-VIІІ від 25.12.2015р. (з усіма наступними змінами) , Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача.
2. Згідно п. 5 ст. 36 Закону та п.8.3. Розділу 8 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору, Сторони домовилися продовжити дію вказаного договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року.
