Сторони, керуючись п.8 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі №76 від 13.05.2020 року. Сторони домовились пункт 2.2 договору доповнити наступним абзацом: Збільшити загальну суму товару за цим Договором на: 21170,00 грн. (Двадцять одна тисяча сто сімдесят гривень 00 коп.) без ПДВ.
