Згідно ст.З6 п. 4 п.п.2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-19 від 25.12.2015 р. зі змінами та доповненнями, «зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більш як на 10 відсотків у разі коливання такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі», на підставі листа фізичної особи - підприємця Стецюка Володимира Сергійовича №35/17 від 05.09.2017 р. та експертного висновку Кіровоградської регіональної торгової палати № ВГ-15 від 05.09.2017 р. внести зміни в специфікацію п. 1.2. розділу 1 Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти № 56 від 27 червня 2017 року. Ціна цього Договору не змінюється та становить 190 934 грн 05 коп (Сто девяносто тисяч девятсот тридцять чотири грн. 05 коп ) без ПДВ
