"12.4. Замовник може сплатити Підряднику попередню оплату для придбання матеріалів у розмірі, що складає 295000 грн. 00 коп. від загальної вартості робіт, згідно Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001 р. № 1764 «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва».
3. Пункт 18.1. викласти в наступній редакції:
"18.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 31.12.2021 року включно, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань."

1. Пункт 3.2. викласти в наступній редакції:
"3.2. Замовник бере на себе бюджетні зобов’язання відповідно до ст. 48 Бюджетного кодексу України виключно в межах відповідних фактичних надходжень.
Сума бюджетних асигнувань на 2020 рік становить 540 000 грн. 00 коп. (п'ятсот сорок тисяч грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 90000 грн. 00 коп.
Фінансування робіт в наступному році буде здійснюватися в межах бюджетних призначень визначених у відповідних рішеннях про виділення коштів."
2. Пункт 18.1. викласти в наступній редакції:
"18.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 31.12.2021 року включно, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань."
3. Викласти в новій редакції додаток №3 План фінансування виконання робіт (додається).
