1. Сторони домовилися внести зміни п.9.1 до розділу 9 «Строк дії договору, порядок і умови внесення до нього змін, продовження строку його дії та розірвання» і викласти в наступній редакції:
«9.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2026 року, але в будь - якому випадку до повного виконання фінансових зобов’язань.
