Note:
1. Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Договору №71 від 09.03.2022 р. на закупівлю за кодом ДК021:2015:15510000-6 «Молоко та вершки» (молоко рідинне, оброблене 2,5 %), КЕКВ 2230, Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягів товару, а саме:
- Молоко рідинне, оброблене 2,5 % у пакетах до 1 л– на 1976,0000 кг до 7024,000 кг..
Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 53352,00 грн. (п’ятдесят три тисячі триста п’ятдесят дві грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Викласти пункт 3.2. Договору в наступній редакції: «3.2. Загальна ціна Договору визначена згідно з Додатком 1 до Договору (Специфікація) та становить 189648 грн. 00 коп. (сто вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч шістсот сорок вісім грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.».
3. Викласти пункт 1.4. Договору №71 від 09.03.2022 р. в наступній редакції: «1.4. Кількість товару : Молоко рідинне, оброблене 2,5 % у пакетах до 1 л– на 7024,000 кг.».
