У зв’язку із збільшенням суми фінансування на 2019 рік по об’єкту «Капітальний ремонт благоустрою території Станишівської ЗОШ І-ІІІ ступенів за адресою: с. Станишівка, вул. Кооперативна, 2 Житомирського району, Житомирської області (код ДК 021-2015 – 45453000-7 – «Капітальний ремонт і реставрація» , Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до договору № 28, а саме:
1. Пункт 3.1 викласти в наступній редакції :
«3.1. Загальна сума, що визначена у Договорі становить 3 911 000,00 грн. (три мільйона дев’ятсот одинадцять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ – 651 833,40 грн.
Замовник бере на себе бюджетні зобов’язання відповідно до ст. 48 Бюджетного кодексу України виключно в межах відповідних фактичних надходжень спеціального фонду бюджетів.
Сума бюджетних асигнувань на 2019 рік становить 1 750 000,00 грн. (один мільйон сімсот п’ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ – 291 666,67 грн.; на 2020 рік – 2 161 000,00 грн. (два мільйона сто шістдесят одна тисяча гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ – 360 166,67 грн.»

В зв’язку із відсутністю фінансування на підставі п. 4) ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»(в редакції чинній на момент укладання договору) Замовник і Виконавець дійшли згоди внести зміни Договору № 28 від 21серпня 2019 року по об’єкту Капітальний ремонт благоустрою території Станишівської ЗОШ І-ІІІ ступенів за адресою: с. Станишівка, вул. Кооперативна, 2 Житомирського району, Житомирської області (код ДК 021:2015: 45453000-7 - Капітальний ремонт і реставрація), а саме продовжити його дію та викласти в наступній редакції:
«п. 5.1. Договору Строк виконання робіт – до 31.12.2021 року».
«п. 10.1 Договору Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання і діє до 31грудня 2021 року включно, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.»
