У зв’язку зі зменшенням фінансування на 2020 рік, на підставі п.1.4. розділу 1 «Предмет договору» Договору від 22.01.2020 №9 Сторони домовились зменшити обсяг споживання на 5848,168 м3 та відповідно суму договору на 73827,27 грн. з ПДВ та п.3.1. договору №9 від 22.01.2020 викласти в такій редакції : Ціна договору становить 206 080,37 грн. (двісті шість тисяч вісімдесят гривень 37 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ 34 346,73 грн.
