1. Керуючись положеннями укладеного між сторонами Договору, положеннями ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити термін дії Договору № 5319/267 від 22 лютого 2017 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, у зв’язку з цим домовилися про наступне:
1.1. У пунктах 1.1, 5.1 та 12.1 Договору слова та цифри «по 31.12.2017 року» замінити на «до завершення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році»
