Згідно п.10.2. р.10 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» дія договору про закупівлю продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, при наявності бюджетних асигнувань на цю мету.
10.1.Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.03.2019р., а в частині розрахунків – до повного виконання своїх зобов’язань за Договором.

Згідно п.10.2. договору № 92 від 11.12.2018р. збільшити суму договору до 20% на 103680,00 грн. від суми 519035,00грн. для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в зв'язку з чим викласти п.3.1 розділу 3 «Ціна договору» в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 622715,00 грн. (Шістсот двадцять дві тисячі сімсот п’ятнадцять грн. 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 103785,83грн. (Сто три тисячі сімсот вісімдесят п’ять грн. 83 коп.)
в т.ч. в 2018р. – 519035,00грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 86505,83грн.;

1.Сторони домовились додаткову угоду № 6 від 15.02.2019р. до договору № 92 від 11.12.2018р. вважати недійсною.
2. Згідно п.10.2. договору № 92 від 11.12.2018р. збільшити суму договору до 20% на 103680,00 грн. від суми 519035,00грн. для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в зв'язку з чим
викласти п.3.1 розділу 3 «Ціна договору» в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 622715,00 грн. (Шістсот двадцять дві тисячі сімсот п’ятнадцять грн. 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 103785,83грн. (Сто три тисячі сімсот вісімдесят п’ять грн. 83 коп.)

викласти п 1.1. розділу I. «Предмет договору» в наступній редакції:
«1.1. Учасник зобов'язується у 2018 році та І кварталі 2019р. поставити Замовнику товари, зазначені в п.1.2, а Замовник - прийняти і оплатити такі товари.»
В зв’язку зі зменшенням ціни на Бензин А-92, згідно п.3.5. договору, доповнити п.1.2 розділу I. «Предмет договору» наступним абзацом:
