Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", якою передбачено, що дія договору про постачання електричної енергії за державні кошти № 003042 від 28.03.2017 може продовжуватись на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі про постачання електричної енергії за державні кошти, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
