узгодження умов закупівлі та умов Договору поставки природного газу (від 18.02.2020 р. № С/91-20). Відповідно до умов закупівлі було передбачено Строк поставки товарів, виконання робіт чи надання послуг: 30 червня 2020 року. Проте, оскарження рішення Замовника до Органу оскарження спричинило призупинення процедури закупівлі і відстрочило дату підписання Договору до 18.02.2020 року. Зважаючи на зменшення об’ємів споживання та фактично спожитого газу у січні та лютому, стало можливим продовжити строк поставки товарів до 31.12.2020 року - 1. Вважати вірним п. 1.2., 10.1 Договору поставки природного газу (від 18.02.2020 р. № С/91-20)

на підставі п.2 ч.1 ст. 512 Цивільного кодексу України, п.1 ст. 89 бюджетного Кодексу України (із змінами), Розпорядження голови Таращанської районної державної адміністрації " про затвердження мережі освітніх закладів Таращанського району на 2020/2021 навчальний рік" від 02 вересня 2020 року за №171 рішення Таращанської міської ради " Про створення відділу освіти Таращанської міської ради , затвердження Положення про відділ освіти Таращанської міської ради та вжиття заходів щодо його державної реєстрації" від 24.12.2020 року №60-02-VIII, рішення Таращанської районної ради VII скликання Київської області від 21 жовтня 2020 року №824-42-VII; листа Таращанської міської ради від 29.12.2020 №1846 вих-20 відбулося визначення Відділу освіти Таращанської міської ради правонаступником прав та обов'язків Відділа освіти і науки таращанської районної державної адміністрації. Сторони погодились замінити Споживача (ВІДДІЛ ОСВІТИ І НАУКИ ТАРАЩАНСЬКОЇ РАЙОННОЇ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ АДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ) по Додатковій угоді №6 від 25 лютого 2021р. до Договору №С/91-20 від 18.02.2020 р, укладеного між ТОВАРИСТВОМ З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "ЕНЕРГОГАЗРЕЗЕРВ" та ВІДДІЛ ОСВІТИ І НАУКИ ТАРАЩАНСЬКОЇ РАЙОННОЇ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ АДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ, а саме передати Споживачу-Правонаступнику (Відділ освіти Таращанської міської ради) усі права та обов'язки Споживача за Договором №С/91-20 від 18.02.2020 р. (в частині відносини, що виникли на підставі Додаткової угоди від 25 лютого 2021 р.)
