Відповідно до пункту 3 Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для організації оздоровлення і відпочинку дітей, які потребують особливої уваги та підтримки, в дитячих центрах «Артек» і „Молода гвардія”, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2011 року № 227 (зі змінами), внесеними постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від грудня 2021 року № , бюджетні кошти з метою забезпечення соціального захисту дітей, які потребують особливої соціальної уваги та підтримки, спрямовуються на фінансову підтримку на період дії карантину, установленого Кабінетом Міністрів України для запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, у 2021 році поточної діяльності дитячих центрів «Артек» і „Молода гвардія” для покриття поточних витрат, які не забезпечені їх власними доходами.

Керуючись Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для організації оздоровлення і відпочинку дітей, які потребують особливої уваги та підтримки, в дитячих оздоровчих таборах державних підприємств «Міжнародний дитячий центр «Артек» і «Український дитячий центр «Молода гвардія», в дитячих закладах оздоровлення та відпочинку вищої категорії» від 23.02.2022 р. №141 (зі змінами) Сторони зазначили, що загальна сума покриття поточних витрат за послуги з вивезення твердих побутових відходів за Договором, за період січень - березень 2022 року, за рахунок бюджетних коштів, становить – 60 000,00 грн. з ПДВ.
