1) Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України ,ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 11.3. Договору №61 від 15.03.2021 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 43982,40 грн. (Сорок три тисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесят дві грн.. 40 коп. ),в т.ч. ПДВ -7330,40 грн.

ПДВ., у тому числі на 9424,80 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ за січень-лютий 2022р. та внести зміни в пункт 3.1. Договору, виклавши в наступній редакції:
п.3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 174123,18 грн. ( Сто сімдесят чотири тисячі сто двадцять три грн. 18 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ – 29020,53 грн
