У п.3.1.2. Договору еквівалент загальної ціни продукції зменшити до 117 563,92 доларів США (сто сімнадцять тисяч п’ятсот шістдесят три долари США 92 центи) без ПДВ згідно з офіційним курсом Національного банку України на дату укладення Договору;
Пункт 2 Специфікації до Договору (Додаток №1 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції. Сторони домовились, що кількість 556380 таблеток кратна 18546 упаковкам.
Пункт 3 Специфікації до Договору (Додаток №1 до Договору) викласти у такій редакції:
"3. Ціна продукції складає 4 299 148, 26 грн (чотири мільйони двісті дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч сто сорок вісім гривень 26 копійок) без ПДВ".
