В зв’язку з тим, що сторонами було допущено технічну механічну помилку при складанні Додаткової угоди №2 від 30 вересня 2021 року до Договору про постачання товарів №1 від 25 січня 2021 року (далі -Додаткова угода), а саме при складані специфікації до Додаткової угоди вказано Кількість та Ціна за одиницю з Додаткової угоди №1 від 24 травня 2021 року, коли сторонами було укладено Додаткову угоду №2 від 01 вересня 2021 року. Тому сторони дійшли згоди вважати Додаткову угоду №2 від 30 вересня 2021 року недійсною.
В зв’язку з тим, що система Prozorro не дає технічної можливості виправити зазначену помилку шляхом коригування невірної та помилково опублікованої інформації на сторінці закупівлі, керуючись законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», з метою дотримання принципів здійснення публічних закупівель – прозорості та відкритості, сторонами прийнято рішення укласти Додаткову угоду №3 від 04 жовтня 2021 року (сканкопія додається) та оприлюднити Додаткову угоду через функціонал для оприлюднення додаткових угод шляхом обрання підстави для внесення змін до договору про закупівлю «покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю».
