Керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а також Законом України "Про ринок електричної енергії", у зв'язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії, середньозважена ціна купівлі-продажу електричної енергії зросла на 7,783%, Сторони дійшли згоди про встановлення ціни за електричну енергію на рівні 1,96 грн. за 1 кВт*год.
