Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.3.9. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції : "3.9. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором та становить 3669,02 грн., в т.ч. - ПДВ 611,50 грн. ,згідно п. 1 ч. 5 ст 41 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі"
Сторони погодили, що дана Додаткова угода, згідно ч. 3 ст 631 Цивільного кодексу України, поширює свою дію на відносини Сторін, що склалися з 01.01.2020 року.
