Керуючись п. 7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на закупівлю та постачання теплової енергії № 125/1 від “07” лютого 2022 року на 978 754,15 грн.
