Сторони погодились змінити ціну за одиницю товару в сторону збільшення у зв’язку із коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, що підтверджується експертним висновком з Дніпропетровської Торгово-Промислової Палати Криворізького представництва (ЕКСПЕРТНИЙ ВИСНОВОК № 160 від 02.07.2025 року), а саме збільшити ціну за 1 одиницю Товару - Дизельне паливо на 1,66 % пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку без збільшення суми Договору шляхом зменшення обсягу закупівлі.
Вартість одного літра дизельного палива за цим Договором з 20.01.2025р. становить 48, 24 грн з ПДВ, а з 07.07.2025 року становить 49,04 грн з ПДВ.
