Договору, частиною 1 статті 188 Господарського кодексу України, частиною 1 статті 652 Цивільного кодексу України, у зв’язку з підвищенням ринкових цін, що підтверджується довідкою Хмельницької торгово-промислової палати від 15.09.2021 року № 22-05/937, Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару 9,9 відсотків, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
