У відповідності до підпункту 1 пункту 19 Постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 Сторони дійшли згоди п. 5.1.1 розділу 5 договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг №012072УП від 12.05.2025р викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна договору згідно з обсягами бюджетного фінансування становить 612 135,36 (шістсот дванадцять тисяч сто тридцять п’ять грн, 36 коп) грн. з урахуванням ПДВ (в тому числі ПДВ 102 022,56грн.).
