Сторони , відп. до ч.5 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівл" ,керуючись п.11.2 розд.XІ домовились продовжити дію Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме на 49 000 грн.(сорок дев"ять тисяч грн. 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ 20%.
