1. Керуючись частиною 4 п.п. 1 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору на постачання природного газу за договором X» __29/07__ від__01 березня .2019 року (далі - «Договір») у відповідності з наявним фінансування видатків, бюджетним призначенням на 2019 р., на суму 653 921,19 грн.( шістсот п’ятдесят три тисячі дев’ятсот двадцять одна грн. 19 коп. ). 2. Внести зміни в розділ III п.3.5 Договору № _29/07__від 01 березня .2019 року, виклавши фінансові зобов’язання в наступній редакції: Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і на день його укладення становить 193 590,77 грн. (сто дев’яносто три тисячі п’ятсот дев’яносто грн. 77 коп.).

Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 20%, що складає 38 718 грн, 15 коп. Внести зміни в розділ III п.3.5 Договору № 29/07 від 01 березня 2019 року, виклавши фінансові зобов’язання в наступній редакції: Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і на день його укладення становить 232 308,92 грн, (двісті тридцять дві тисячі триста вісім грн, 92 коп.).
