1. Підпункт 6.1. розділу 6 «ВАРТІСТЬ ДОГОВОРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК ПРОВЕДЕННЯ РОЗРАХУНКІВ» Договору, викласти у новій редакції:
«6.1. Загальна вартість цього Договору складається з вартості наданих послуг за Заявками та не може перевищувати 5 810 000,00 грн. (п’ять мільйонів вісімсот десять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ».
2. Підпункт 11.1. розділу 11 «Строк дії та умови розірвання Договору» Договору, викласти в наступній редакції:
«11.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін (за наявності) та діє по 31 серпня 2020 року включно.».
