На підставі пункту 2 частини 5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" зі змінами та п.3.5 Договору №Т280/2 від 07.05.2021р сторони домовились збільшити ціну товару за одиницю продукції до 10% та відповідно зменшити ціну договору на 38,92. Сума договору в результаті змін складає 3 743 345,00 грн.

Note:
1. У зв’язку з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків на підставі пункту 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII року та на підставі п. 1.5 договору, Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі та, відповідно, ціну договору на 1 812 355 грн. (один мільйон вісімсот дванадцять тисяч триста п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 00 коп.).
2. Викласти п. 3.1 договору в наступній редакції: « Ціна цього Договору становить: 1 930 990,00 (один мільйон дев’ятсот тридцять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто грн. 00коп.) грн. з ПДВ, у тому числі ПДВ 321 831,67 грн ( триста двадцять одна тисяча вісімсот тридцять одна грн. 67коп).

1. Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі.
1.1. Пункт 11.2 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «11.2. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання сторонами і діє до 01.06.2022 р., але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами умов Договору.».

Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 4 від 30.12.2021 р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 1 930 990,00 грн. (Один млн. дев’ятсот тридцять тис. дев’ятсот дев’яносто грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 321 831,67 грн. Вартість цієї додаткової угоди становить 385 700,00 грн (Трисита вісмдесят п’ять тисяч сімсот грн. 00коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 64 283,33 грн.
