Станом на сьогоднішній день НКРЕКП так і не затверджено Програму плану розвитку на 2017 рік, наслідком чого являється повна відсутність фінансування. У зв'язку із затримкою фінансування витрат Товариства, виникла необхідність продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік для належного виконання зобов'язань Сторонами. Такі зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі.
