ціну за одиницю Товару з 01.04.2023р. на 5,19 грн. з ПДВ.

У зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії у бік збільшення на 9,63%, яке підтверджується довідкою Харківської торгово-промислової палати № 639-3/23 від 01.08.2023 р., сторони дійшли згоди щодо внесення змін до умов договору.
Загальний обсяг постачання електричної енергії 1 778 242,919 кВт/год.
Ціна за одиницю Товару з 01.08.2023р. становить 5,69 грн. з ПДВ.
Ціна Договору залишається незмінною.

У зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії у бік збільшення на 13,42%, яке підтверджується довідкою Харківської торгово-промислової палати № 867/23 від 31.08.2023 р., сторони дійшли згоди щодо внесення наступних змін до умов договору № 26/12-23 від 26.12.2022 року, а саме: Ціна за одиницю Товару з 05.09.2023р. становить 5,78 грн. з ПДВ. Загальний обсяг постачання електричної енергії 1 769 133,8772 кВт/год. 1.4. Ціна цього Договору залишається незмінною.

(Дев’ять мільйонів шістсот шість тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят дві гривні 09 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 1 601 108 грн. 68 коп. (Один мільйон шістсот одна тисяча сто вісім гривень 68 копійок), згідно із Специфікацією (Додаток 1).
У тому числі:
Місцевий бюджет (кошти обласного бюджету) – 8 475 855,18 грн.;
Додаткові джерела фінансування (власні надходження) – 1 130 796,91 грн.»
Додаток 1 до Договору - СПЕЦІФІКАЦІЯ викласти в новій редакції.
