закупівлю можуть змінюватись після підписання Договору до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі у випадку продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі) сторони домовились подовжити строк дії договору, визначений в п. 17.1 Договору, до 31.05.2021 року.

Керуючись п. 4 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", в редакції що діяла на момент укладання Договору, на підставі п. 18.10 Договору, Сторони домовились подовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2021 року та подовжити строк виконання робіт за Договором на 61 календарний день, а саме до 20.07.2021 року, в зв'язку з виникненням документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке подовження, при цьому такі зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі.
