При детальному розгляді тендерним комітетом Краснокутської селищної ради була виявлена технічна помилка у закупівлі UA-2021-01-13-001380-c, Код ДК 021:2015 09130000-9 «Нафта і дистиляти» (Бензин А-92, А-95), а саме при заповненні в електронній системі «Public Bid» у полі «Строк поставки товарів, виконання робіт чи надання послуг» були зазначені такі дані «від 01 лютого 2021 до 31 грудня 2021» замість «до 31 грудня 2021». У зв’язку з тим, що система «Prozorro» не дає технічної можливості виправити вказану помилку шляхом коригування невірної інформації на сторінці закупівлі, керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», з метою прозорості та відкритості прийнято рішення виправити вищевказану технічну механічну помилку шляхом оприлюднення звіту про укладений договір у системі «Prozorro» та даного протоколу.
