Керуючись п. 1 та п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в ред. від 19.04.2020 року), у зв’язку з підвищенням цін на деякі продукти харчування, Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі та внести зміни в Специфікацію (Додаток № 1) до Договору № 145 від 04.08.2021 р. та викласти у новій редакції. Викласти п.п. 3.1. розділу 3 Договору № 145 від 04.08.2021 р. у наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить – 98996 грн. 40 коп. (дев’яносто вісім тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто шість гривень 40 копійок) без ПДВ».
