Керуючись п.4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", сторони домовились продовжити строк виконання робіт на 150 календарних днів та продовжити строк дії договору до 30.06.2022 в зв'язку з документально підтвердженими об'єктивними обставинами (в тому числі Експертна оцінка ДП "Укрдержбудекспертиза" №00-0865/03-21 від 22.11.2021), що спричинили таке продовження, при цьому такі зміни не призводять до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
