1. У зв’язку із виділенням додаткового фінансування Споживачу, Сторони погодили викласти пункт 3.1. Договору в такій редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить 706 800,00 грн.(Сімсот шість тисяч вісімсот гривень, 00 копійок), у тому числі: ПДВ 117 800,00 грн. (Сто сімнадцять тисяч вісімсот гривень, 00 копійок),(ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням вимог Податкового Кодексу України). Платіжні (бюджетні) зобов’язання за цим договором виникають щодо оплати частини предмета закупівлі за цим Договором в межах доведеної суми (у межах кошторисних призначень), яка складає 538775,00 грн. (П’ятсот тридцять вісім тисяч сімсот сімдесят п’ять гривень. 00 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ. В іншій частині оплата за Договором здійснюється за рахунок коштів Споживача».
