1. Пункт 2.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1 ВИКОНАВЕЦЬ надає Послуги відповідно до Технічних вимог (Додаток 1) і Специфікації (Додаток 2), а ЗАМОВНИК приймає та оплачує Послуги згідно умов цього Договору.».
2. Пункт 7.5. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«7.5 ВИКОНАВЕЦЬ несе відповідальність за надання Послуг у відповідності до Технічного завдання (Додаток 1) та Специфікації (Додаток 2).».
3. Пункт 12.7 Договору виключити.
4. Розділ «13 ДОДАТКИ ДО ДОГОВОРУ» доповнити пунктом 13.1.2. в наступній редакції:
«13.1.2. Додаток 2: Специфікація».
5. Текст Договору доповнити Додатком 2 в редакції, що додасться.
