1.Керуючись Планом використання бюджетних коштів на 2021 р., постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 17 лютого 2021 р. № 122 зі змінами ″Деякі питання дорожнього господарства», пунктом 1 якої затверджено перелік об’єктів будівництва, реконструкції, капітального та поточного середнього ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування державного значення у 2021 році та обсягів бюджетних коштів для їх фінансування за рахунок спеціального фонду державного бюджету за бюджетною програмою 3111020 “Розвиток мережі та утримання автомобільних доріг загального користування державного значення″, а також враховуючи фактичні обсяги робіт, Сторони домовились пункт 2.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції.
2. Керуючись п.4 частини.5 ст. 41 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи п.10.5 Договору, Сторони домовились про подовження строку дії Договору та викласти пункт 9.1 договору в новій редакції.
