Сторони дійшли згоди дію договору про закупівлю продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі укладеному в попередньому році, а саме: на суму 88344,00 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ-14724,00 грн., якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, згідно чого пункт 3.1.Договору викласти в новій редакції: "3.1. Сума Договору становить 530064,00 грн., з ПДВ (П'ятсот тридцять тисяч шістдесят чотири грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ - 88344,00грн."
