Note:
1. Укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору 90В від 18.03.2019р. (далі - «Договір») на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року (п.5 ст. 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII).
2. Ціна цієї додаткової угоди складає 38610,01грн. (тридцять вісім тисяч шістдесят десять грн. 01 коп.), що не перевершує 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі: ПДВ 6435,00грн.
3. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01 січня 2020 року та діє до повного використання коштів за даною додатковою угодою, але не довше 31.03.2020 року.
4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
