Note:
1. Внесено зміни в п.1.2 Договору та викладено його в наступній редакції:
«1.2. Найменування та кількість товару:
Бензин А-92 – 300 л;
Дизельне паливо – 3 690 л».
2. Збільшено суму Договору на 18 810,00 грн. (вісімнадцять тисяч вісімсот десять гривень 00 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ 3 135,00 грн., на суму, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі, з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2022 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі.
3. Внесено зміни до Специфікації, що представлена в Додатку №1 до Договору.
