Сторони домовилися внести наступні зміни:
1. Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу – до 151710 м3.
2. Ціна газу за Договором становить 8 500,00 грн. (Вісім тисяч п'ятсот грн. 00 коп.) за 1 000 м3, крім того ПДВ – 1 700,00 грн., всього з ПДВ – 10 200,00 грн. (Десять тисяч двісті грн. 00 коп.).
Загальна вартість Договору складає 1 289 535,00грн. (Один мільйон двісті вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот тридцять п'ять грн. 00 коп.), крім того ПДВ за ставкою 20 % - 257 907,00 грн. (Двісті п’ятдесят сім тисяч дев’ятсот сім грн. 00 коп.), разом з ПДВ 1 547 442,00 грн. (Один мільйон п'ятсот сорок сім тисяч чотириста сорок дві грн. 00 коп.).
Відповідно внести необхідні зміни у додатки до договору.
