Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIIІ, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з п. 10.2. договору № 53 від 02.01.2020 року (надалі Договір), Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31 березня 2021 року.

Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами), Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 31680,00 грн.
