Керуючись п.1ч.4ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII про наступне:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 2000 грн. 00 коп. (дві тисячі гривень 00 копійок)
2. Пункт 3.1. Розділу ІІІ "Сума договору" викласти в наступній редакції: "3.1 Сума цього Договору становить - 493 490 грн. 00 коп. (чотириста дев'яносто три тисячі чотириста дев'яносто гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 82 248 грн. 33 коп.
