У зв’язку із коливанням ціни товару (молоко пастеризоване жирністю 3,2%) на ринку від постачальника було отримано лист про підняття ціни за одиницю товару (молоко пастеризоване жирністю 3,2%) на 10%. Розглянувши прохання та надані підтверджуючі документи коливання ціни на ринку, керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», тендерним комітетом відділу освіти Тростянецької міської ради було прийнято рішення (протокол 64 від 10.09.2018р.) про підняття ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
