1. Сторони дійшли згоди пункт 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
« Ціна договору на період з «01» січня 2023 р. по «31» грудня 2023 р., згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 942 729,20грн. (дев’ятсот сорок дві тисячі сімсот двадцять дев’ять гривень 20 копійок) у т.ч ПДВ 20% - 157 121,53грн. (сто п’ятдесят сім тисяч сто двадцять одна гривня 53 копійки)».
1.2. Пункт 3.3 розділу ІІІ Договору доповнити словами “На червень 2023 р. вартість послуг з розподілу електричної енергії за 1 кВт*год становить 1,30373 грн. (без ПДВ). та/або на червень 2023р. вартість послуг із забезпечення перетікань реактивної електричної енергії до електроустановок Споживача за 1 кВт*год становить 2,81574 грн. (без ПДВ).”
