На підставі Листа №142/21 від 25.10.2021 року від Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Терра-Мед» виникла необхідність внести зміни до договору №2021/39-о від 18.10.2021 року, укладеного між Державним підприємством «Укрмедпроектбуд» та Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю «Терра-Мед» в зв’язку з перевантаженістю заводу-виробника замовленнями і дефіцитом комплектуючих, виробник встановив строки постачання готової продукції для ТОВ «Терра-Мед» до 10.12.2021 року, а тому необхідно продовжити строк поставки до 10.12.2021 року.
